"Film ab!" was invented to minimize the gap between youngsters and authorities like the police or the town council. Street workers go to public youth places with a camera and record their questions, wishes, fears and dreams on tape and play it back to the authorities. With the filmed answers the street workers go back to the youngsters, and so on...
The dialog on a non-violent communication level
already reduced the "walls" on both sides.
BRP7 helped to produce a track with the young artists, we could even win
Tom Freeman from LA for co-producing the beat. The video will be done by the street workers and the artists and will be online on
their youtube account very soon. The recording was done in a historic and special place - an arrest chamber from 1781...

BWLV.
"Film ab!" wurde geschaffen, um die Kluft zwischen Jugendlichen und Autoritäten, wie Polizei und Stadtverwaltung, zu minimieren. Streetworker, mobile Jugendarbeit, gehen mit Ihrer Kamera zu Jugendtreffpunkten, um die Fragen, Wünsche, Ängste und Träume der Jugendlichen auf Band aufzunehmen und sie dann den Autoritäten vorzuspielen. Mit den gefilmten Antworten gehen die Streetworker zurück zu den Jugendlichen, usw.
Der Dialog auf einer gewaltfreien Kommunikationsebene
hat bereits die "Wände" auf beiden Seiten reduziert.
BRP7 half einen Titel mit den jungen Künstlern zu produzieren, wir konnten sogar
Tom Freeman aus LA für die Coproduction des Beats gewinnen. Das Video wird von den Streetworkern und den Künstlern erstellt und ist in Kürze auf
ihrem youtube account online. Die Tonaufnahmen wurden in einem historischen und speziellem Platz gemacht - in einer Arrestzelle von 1781...
